Renee Pratt-Snively has been making cakes in Windsor for 22 years! She completed her apprenticeship in 1995 from Niagara College training under Pastry Chef Catherine Davies.
Working in several bakeries in Windsor, including Casino Windsor and Canadian Bread Bakers - She has worked with many talented chefs along the way, always learning from each one have spent time with.

The shop is more than just wedding cakes! It is the greatest place to meet for cappucino and dessert! The decor and cake showroom provide much for conversation!
