About Renee's Fine Cakes
 As some of you may already know, Renee baked cakes at home in between the hours she wasn't at work or taking care of her 4 children. Over the years, her orders grew and so did the original requests. Renee has a reputation to 'make it happen regardless of the situation or out of the box idea'. Renee's Fine Cakes shop which opened in March 09' is run by Renee's fine team of bakers, decorators, caterers and Debbie who deals with all of her front of house needs. The 'girls' are very talented and you can tell everyone has fun working together!! Together - they can do anything the customer needs or wants! No other bakery gives the personal service or can do the custom cakes/desserts we do!! "This is my industry. This is my career. It is not a hobbie. I wear a chef jacket because I am a CERTIFIED Pastry Chef. I have worked in this business for 23years!! I do not know everything. I am not perfect. I learn from everyone around me, my staff, my friends, my competition. I am very proud of my shop and I do my best everyday for my customers. I wanted to create a cake and pastry shop when I opened here - not a bakery.. because we do not do bread.... I show the customers that I have experience, I have staff that can back me...and I have a certified, clean kitchen. I can make a Mickey cake, but I can also make a Dobos torte, I can make 20 cakes or 3000pcs of pastry .. retail and wholesale for my fellow chefs, caterers, restaurants and halls. I run a high production kitchen that services all of Essex County for your dessert needs. I was involved in the grand galas Windsor has seen for the opening of The Northern Belle and Casino Windsor. My staff and I can do 'basic' birthday cakes for you - but we can do WOW - Cake Boss-kind of stuff!!! we can do anything you want to pay for!! Over the years, I have done thousands and thousands of cakes for people in Windsor and from Leamington to Amherstburg!!
