Renee Pratt-Snively has been making cakes in Windsor for 22 years! She I completed my apprenticeship in 1995 from Niagara College training under Pastry Chef Catherine Davies. Working in several bakeries in Windsor including Casino Windsor and Canadian Bread Bakers - I have worked with many talented chefs along the way, always learning from each one I have spent time with. This is a skill/hobbie/talent that is never-ending - everyday, everyweek I get better and learn new techniques. My team/staff are all women that LOVE cake decorating and baking, our passion and skill show in all cake orders - We Can Do Anything!! The shop is more than just wedding cakes!!! It is the greatest place for sisters/girlfriends or mothers and daughters to meet for lunch or cappucino and dessert!!! The decor and cake showroom provide much for conversation!
